Floyd Mayweather has admitted that he could significantly harm his reputation if he fails to beat UFC fighter Conor McGregor on August 26. The undefeated five-time world champion has even suggested that McGregor could claim a moral victory, if the fight goes the distance.
There isn’t much that Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor agree on at the moment, but one thing that they are both certain of, is that their upcoming fight at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas will be decided by knockout.
Last week, Conor McGregor claimed that he would KO ‘Money’ Mayweather within four rounds. Mayweather has now responded with his own prediction, stating: “He believes it’s not going past four and I believe that it’s not going to go the distance at all,”
“He feels one way, I feel another way, we are both confident in our skills and we’ll just have to see.”
“It is a victory for him. If it goes the distance, it’s a victory for him – in my eyes also.”
