It was a quiet offseason for the Giants and they have been criticized for their decision to avoid making any major additions to their offensive line, but the G-Men are reportedly going to take a look at someone who could help bolster the team now that they are 0-5.

It has been reported that Branden Albert is scheduled to talk to the team later this week. Albert had been at workout with the Seahawks on Monday that did not result in a deal with the team.

Albert could really help as he has a lot of experience at left tackle and right now this is a spot on the Giants’ roster that could use some help. As of now, Ereck Flowers has had every chance at the position, and it’s plain to see that he’s overmatched more often than not.

That being said, the Giants remain committed to him, but if things work out with Albert that could be the tipping point.
